This is an hour and a half to two hour session that includes sound therapy, shamanic style reiki, a little life coaching and herbs/flower essences.  All of these healing tools are used to provide you with a full mind, body, spirit experience.  You will have the option to add flower essences in your session to heighten the experience.   We will spend some time together after your session discussing your experience and how you can incorporate your new found energy into your daily practices.  Additionally, you will recieve a self after care package that includes a follow up call withe me to discuss anything that you may be processing after your session.  all to ensure you can enjoy your time fully after your session and relax in to your experience.
