This is an hour to an hour and a half session that includes sound therapy, shamanic style reiki, and herbs/flower essences.  All of these healing tools are used to provide you with a full mind, body, spirit experience.  You will have the option to add flower essences in your session to heighten the experience.  Additionally, you will recieve a self after care package that will include an herbal epsom salt soak and relaxing tea, all to ensure you can enjoy your time fully after your session and relax in to your experience.
