-Explore ways to incorporate both into your daily journey  
-You will set intention and meaning around goals of areas of change and opporunity you have a desire to shift
-You will go deep, meet your shadow, and embrace what is has to offer.
 
This package includes:
8 coaching sessions 1 hour each
Ideally this is a two month coaching package.
 
Each session will include a smudge, grounding meditation, and your coaching session.
